Built by coaches.
For players.

The Prospect Lab was founded by UEFA-qualified coaches passionate about youth development — created to give aspiring young players a competitive environment to explore and refine their game.

A different kind of development environment

We started The Prospect Lab because we believe aspiring players deserve a focused, professional environment — not just passion for the game, but the right coaching, the right structure, and a plan built around them.

That's what we built. Small groups, individual learning plans, position-specific work, and coaches who genuinely care about your progression.

Based at Cotlandswick Leisure Centre, we run 121s, 221s and Friday night group sessions across age groups from U10 to U15.

Purposeful, specific, measurable

Every session has a clear objective. Every player leaves knowing what they worked on and why. That's the Lab standard.

01

Technical Work

Ball mastery, turning and escaping pressure, one-touch finishing, sharp movement off the ball. We obsess over the details that make the difference under match pressure.

02

Tactical Understanding

Scanning before receiving, back-to-goal play, positional awareness, 1v1 duels and decision-making in all phases of the game.

03

Individual Learning Plans

Every 121 player gets an ILP — a focused development plan based on their position, strengths, and areas to improve. Sessions are built around that plan, not a generic curriculum.

04

Competitive Environment

Group sessions are designed to be challenging and engaging. Players work hard, compete against each other, and leave better than when they arrived.
